Surf lessons - just get in the water.
Why Cocoa is great for surfers.
What my 6-month-old daughter taught me about sunscreen…
I grew up at the beach. I was a surfer year-round. In summer it wasn’t uncommon for me to spend all day on the sand. And being a surfer, I was pretty well educated about the dangers of sun exposure. I was lucky that my generation knew that sunburns can eventually lead to skin cancer, and so we tried to avoid them at all costs. I can remember going as much as a year or more before a slip up where I was caught without sunscreen and suffered a burn.
