Earth Day

Earth Day

by John Balk April 19, 2017

Being a surfer I have deep appreciation and connection to our Mother Earth. Earth Day helps remind me to do my part to stay proactive everyday to be green, and educate my kids on the importance of living with respect for our environment. Reducing waste, Recycling, and Reusing is something that needs to keep being taught and instilled. Living in Los Angeles I am constantly reminded that there is still lots of progress that needs to still be done to reduce pollution and access waste on the future of our Earth.  It has been really cool to see the steps that have been taken by communities to ban plastic bags, compost, and recycling programs and hope to continue to see steps to help make less trash and less pollution by companies, individuals, and communities. I am stoked to be involved with a company that has recycled, biodegradable packaging and ingredients that don’t harm our environment. \mn/

Give us a try, let us know what you think. My favorite is the Organic Cocoa Facestick

Studies conducted by the FDA on humans showed only about .01% of additional zinc oxide enters the bloodstream when using a nano vs a non-nano sunscreen. That’s not much.
